Art Haywood and Congressman Brendan Boyle will hold a news conference Wednesday, 6 May to announce the Congressman’s support of a federal wage hike to $12 an hour as demand for raising the minimum wage increases in Montgomery County. The legislators will discuss the high cost of low wages on the state and federal government – and the impact of low wages on hunger.
