State Sen. Art Haywood will hold a Town Hall Meeting to discuss the state budget, education funding and community concerns in the 4th senatorial district on April 28, 2016 from 7-8 PM. The meeting will provide an opportunity for residents to learn how to get involved in governing as a citizen advocate.
