A recent op-ed from State Sen. Scott Wagner, R-York, regarding public education spending in Pennsylvania (“Pa. doesn’t need to spend more on schools, it needs to spend more wisely”) contained some glaring omissions that must be addressed.
As a result of these omissions, Wagner makes the false argument that Pennsylvania schools are already adequately funded.
