HARRISBURG – June 30, 2017 – Senator Haywood has released the below statement on the recent concerns expressed regarding the establishment of a medical marijuana dispensary.
“I remain an advocate for medical marijuana in Pennsylvania, however I do not support the proposed location of a medical marijuana dispensary at 8319 Stenton Avenue. After hearing the significant concerns raised by the community, it is clear to me that a new location that is suitable must be found. I look forward to working with all parties to that end.”
