Film Screening of The Line: Poverty in America

On Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., Woodmere Art Museum, Philadelphia Unemployment Project and I will host a free indoor film screening. The event will be held in Woodmere Art Museum, located at 9201 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19118. We will view The Line: Poverty in America, an intriguing documentary from Emmy award-winning producer Linda Midgett about 47 million people in the United States living below the poverty line. By raising the minimum raise in Pennsylvania to $15 per hour, we can decrease poverty statewide. I will continue to advocate in Harrisburg to pass this legislation.
