Although he won’t officially take his oath of office until January, PA Senator-elect Art Haywood (PA-4) plans to begin providing constituent services this coming week.
In a press statement released today, Haywood, a Democrat succeeding former Democrat Sen. LeAnna Washington, who was convicted of misuse of state funds, said his office will provide services on an interim basis from temporary and mobile offices prior to opening up a permanent office.
