Justin Villere serves as the Director of Civic Education for the Committee of Seventy in Philadelphia. Since 2016, Justin has helped run various C70 programs, including the Draw the Lines initiative on redistricting, C70’s program to open Pennsylvania primary elections to independent voters, and its youth civics programming. Justin has an MPA from Cornell University and is a native of Colorado.
